Quarterly Bulletins
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and CNA publish a quarterly bulletin about the NBCP. Each edition provides updates and important news from CMS, highlights the notable accomplishments of NBCP States, and provides program updates, promising practices, and more. Due to the diminishing number of active States in the program, the quarterly bulletins were discontinued after April 2019. All interested States should contact the National Forum for Background Checks.
